Sports play an important role in my life. I love sports because they make me feel healthy and strong. Every day after school, I like to spend some time playing basketball with my friends on the playground. It’s exciting to run around and try to score points against each other.
I also enjoy swimming during summer holidays. The cool water makes me feel relaxed, and it is a great way to stay fit. Whenever I swim, I feel like all my worries float away.
Besides, I often go jogging in the morning. It helps me start my day with energy. Jogging not only keeps me active but also gives me time to think about things and plan my day.
