【小学五年级英语作文】In my life, there are many interesting things. But one of the most unforgettable experiences is when I went to the park with my family last summer.

It was a sunny Saturday morning. My parents and I decided to go to the city park. We took a bus and arrived there at about 9 o'clock. The park was very beautiful. There were many trees, flowers, and people walking around. Some children were playing on the swings, and others were riding bicycles.

I felt very happy when I saw a big lake in the middle of the park. There were ducks swimming on the water. I asked my mom if we could take a boat ride. She said yes, so we rented a small boat. As we rowed on the lake, the wind blew gently, and the sun shone brightly. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

After the boat ride, we had lunch in the park. We brought some sandwiches, fruits, and drinks. We sat under a tree and enjoyed our meal. My dad told me some funny stories, and we all laughed together.

At the end of the day, we left the park feeling tired but happy. I learned that spending time with family can be very special. I will never forget that day.

This experience taught me to appreciate the moments I spend with my loved ones. I hope to go to the park again soon.
